Rental companies and installers buy a system, not a box. That is why this catalogue is built around matched pairs: a line-array element with its own subwoofer and a recommended amplifier power rating, so you can quote a room without re-checking compatibility. The dual 6.5, 8 and 10 inch THUNDER elements are the compact end for conference rooms and multipurpose halls; the single 10 and 12 inch TIANYIN elements add powered versions, waterproof coating and castors, which is what outdoor and mobile stages actually ask for. Below them sit the 12 and 18 inch subwoofers and 15 inch long-throw horns for the low end and the distance.
The electronics side runs from 200 W to 1200 W per channel in Class-H power amplifiers, up through four-group powered mixers with MP3 and Bluetooth input, to 24 and 32 channel digital consoles. All of it is specified in plain figures — rated power, sensitivity, maximum SPL, dispersion and impedance — because a sound engineer will check those numbers before anything else.
For OEM projects the usual changes are grille and cabinet finish, the badge, the connector panel and the packing, and we can quote a powered or a passive version of the same cabinet. Because these are heavy goods, we quote by CBM rather than by unit and will tell you the container plan before you commit to a quantity.
A dual 6.5 or dual 8 inch element, four per side, flown or ground-stacked on a 12 or 18 inch subwoofer, covers that size. Send us the room dimensions, ceiling height and the programme (speech, live band or playback) and we will propose a configuration with the matching amplifier rating.
For most models yes. The passive version carries a speakON input and a 1/4 inch jack, the powered version adds a Class-D module, a crossover and volume control inside the same enclosure. The cabinet, drivers and rigging points stay identical.
The line-array elements have integrated rigging with an adjustable angle, typically 0 to 10 degrees per element, and can be flown or ground-stacked. We supply the flying frame separately and will confirm the safe working load for the array length you plan.
It depends on how much changes. A badge and packaging change starts at a few dozen units; a different grille, finish or connector panel is a small tooling charge; a new cabinet requires mould or jig cost and a much higher quantity. We will tell you which bracket your project falls into before quoting.
By sea in cartons on pallets, quoted per CBM with a container plan for 20 ft and 40 ft HC. Cabinets ship with protective foam corners; flying frames and amplifiers travel in separate cartons. Samples go by air or express.
